Keeping it in The Family
1999-11-14 18:50:28
A few years ago, a bizarre movie called 'Spanking the Monkey' was released onto an unsuspecting and stunned movie-going public. It's a Pigdog favorite. If you haven't seen it the plot deals with a son's incestuous relationship with his mother. Guess what kids? The events really happened.
In Martinez California, a 43-year-old woman from Antioch is on trial for having a sexual relationship with her 23-year-old son (who is now on the lamb). To make matters worse, the woman gave birth to a baby girl. You have to wonder if this is how the Parker family in the infamous X-Files entitled "Home" got their start.

Three Days and 25 Spocktails: A Cautionary Tale
Johnnie Royale picked me up from the dental surgery. I felt warm, safe, cradled in the anathesia's loving embrace. The pharmacy downstairs gave me a bottle of Vicodin and a few instructions: take it with food, don't mix with alcohol, don't operate heavy machinery. I put it in my pocket and we left. "Do you want to go home, or do you want to go to a bar?" asked Johnnie. (More...)
